Patient with bladder neck obstruction or enlarged prostate, increased eye pressure, gastrointestinal obstruction. Patient Counselling This drug may cause CNS depression, which may impair physical or mental abilities; if affected, do not drive or operate machinery.

Adverse Reactions
Eye disorders: Blurred vision.
Gastrointestinal disorders: Diarrhoea, dyspepsia, dry mouth.
Nervous system disorders: Drowsiness, dizziness, headache.
Skin and subcutaneous tissue disorders: Maculopapular rash.

May enhance the adverse reactions of other CNS depressants.
