Feeding Guide: 1. Prepare each feed separately. It is safer to use the formula immediately after it is prepared. Discard unfinished feeds.
2. Follow instructions exactly. Prepare bottles and teats as directed, use only the enclosed scoop. Do not change proportions of powder except on medical advice. Incorrect preparation can make the baby very ill. Never leave the baby alone during feeding.
3. Do not use if foil or tamper evidence strip is damaged or missing.
4. This product is not designed for babies diagnosed with cow's milk protein allergy. Please consult the healthcare professionals should there be any questions.
This feeding guide is a general guide only. The baby may need more or less than shown. Baby over 6 months should be offered complementary foods in addition to this product. This product should not be used during the first 6 months of life. (See Table 2.)

Important Notice: Breast-feeding is the best form of nutrition for babies and provides many benefits to babies and mothers. It is important that, in preparation for and during breast-feeding, mothers eat a healthy, balanced diet. Combined breast and bottle-feeding in the first weeks of life may reduce the supply of mother's own breast-milk, and reversing the decision not to breast-feed is difficult. Always consult the Healthcare Professional for advice about feeding the baby. If infant formula is used, mothers should follow manufacturer's instructions for use carefully. The social and financial implications of using infant formula should be considered. Improper use of an infant formula or inappropriate foods or feeding methods may present a health hazard. If infant formula is used, mothers should follow the manufacturer's instructions for use carefully - failure to follow the instructions may make the baby ill.

Preparation Instructions: Powdered follow on formulas are not sterile and should not be fed to infants who might have immune problems unless directed and supervised by the baby's doctor.
1. Wash hands and clean preparation area. Sterilize bottles, teats and utensils by boiling or using approved sterilizer.
2. Boil safe drinking water and allow to cool to 40°C. Measure the required volume of warm, boiled water into a sterilized feeding bottle.
3. Use only the enclosed scoop. Fill the scoop lightly and level off. Avoid compacting powder.
4. Always add one level scoop of powder for each 30ml of water. Cap the bottle and shake briskly to completely dissolve the powder.
5. Test temperature on wrist before feeding. Feed immediately (do not store). Discard unfinished feeds.

Always store in a cool dry place, do not refrigerate. Once opened, close the lid securely. Use within 4 weeks.
