Menevit is specifically formulated with a unique combination of antioxidants to help maintain sperm health for couples planning pregnancy.
The antioxidants in Menevit have been independently associated with sperm health.
This product contains soya oil, no added porcine or bovine derived ingredients.
Suitable for vegetarians.

Dosage/Direction for Use
1 capsule per day with food.
Taken preferably at least 90 days prior to conception.
Menevit contains 26 mcg selenium which is toxic at high doses. A daily dose of 150 mcg for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Menevit is a nutritional supplement and does not replace a balanced diet. As with any supplement, anyone with a pre-existing medical condition should consult a healthcare professional before taking Menevit.
Side Effects
No serious side-effects have been reported. Some users may experience heartburn or reflux as well as a garlic after-taste, however Menevit can be taken with food to decrease the likelihood of this after-taste.

No smoking and alcohol: avoid smoking and excessive alcohol.
Nutritional supplements: consume more anti-oxidant ingredients, eat more green vegetables, beans, nuts, grain, fruit and dark chocolate; increase consumption of Zinc, eat more oyster and red meat; eat more fish to absorb fatty acids in order to maintain sperm health.
Protect sperm: avoid activities in high temperature and radiation, hot bath and sitting over a long period of time.
Lifestyle: develop healthy lifestyle and maintain body weight through regular exercises and balance diets; keep yourself relaxed and try to reduce stress; try to have sex 2-3 times a week (particularly during women's ovulation) could increase the chance of fertility.
