Individualized dosing.
OliClinomel N4-550E Adult 25-40 kCal/kg/day. Max: 40 mL/kg/day (equiv to amino acids 0.88 g, glucose 3.2 g & lipids 0.8 g/kg) ie 2,800 mL of emulsion for infusion for a 70-kg patient.
Childn >2 yr 60-110 kCal/kg/day. Max: 100 mL/kg/day (equiv to amino acids 2.2 g, glucose 8 g & lipids 2 g/kg body wt). To be administer IV via central or peripheral vein. Max infusion rate: 3 mL/kg/hr.
OliClinomel N7-1000E Adult 25-40 kCal/kg/day. Max: 36 mL/kg (equiv to amino acids 1.44 g, glucose 5.76 g & lipids 1.44 g/kg) ie 2,520 mL of emulsion for infusion for a 70-kg patient.
Childn >2 yr 60-110 kCal/kg/day. Max: 75 mL/kg/day (equiv to amino acids 3 g, glucose 12 g & lipids 3 g/kg body wt). Do not exceed doses of 3 g/kg/day of amino acids &/or 17 g/kg/day of glucose &/or 3 g/kg/day of lipids except in particular cases. To be administer IV via central vein. Do not administer through a peripheral vein. Max infusion rate: 1.5 mL/kg/hr.
