Indications/Uses
Add-on therapy for symptomatic treatment of patients w/ stable angina pectoris who are inadequately controlled by or intolerant to 1st-line antianginal therapies.
Dosage/Direction for Use
1 tab tds. Moderate renal impairment (CrCl 30-60 mL/min) & elderly 1 tab bd (morning & evening).
Administration
Should be taken with food.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity. Parkinson's disease, parkinsonian symptoms, tremors, restless leg syndrome, & other related movement disorder. Severe renal impairment (CrCl <30 mL/min).
Special Precautions
Discontinue treatment in the occurrence of movement disorders eg, parkinsonian symptoms, restless leg syndrome, tremors, gait instability. Moderate renal impairment. May affect ability to drive & use machines. Pregnancy & lactation. Elderly >75 yr.
Adverse Reactions
Dizziness, headache; abdominal pain, diarrhoea, dyspepsia, nausea & vomiting; rash, pruritus, urticaria; asthenia.
