Per 100 g Fluorouracil 0.5 g, salicylic acid 10 g, dimethylsulphoxide 8 g
Indications/Uses
Common warts, flat juvenile warts, plantar warts.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Apply bd-tds to every wart. Average duration of treatment: 6 wk.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity. Not intended for use on large skin areas (>25 cm2). Must not come into contact w/ eyes or mucous membranes. Pregnancy & lactation. Infants.
Special Precautions
In periungual or subungual warts, do not apply to the nail bed.
Adverse Reactions
Occasional burning sensation; whitish discoloration & desquamation of the skin adjacent to the warts; rarely erosive cutaneous reactions. Isolated cases of marked burning (discontinue drug).
