Indications/Uses
As supplement in IV nutrition to meet the daily requirements of the fat-soluble vit A, D2, E & K1.
Vitalipid N AdultAdult & childn >11 yr 10 mL to be added to Intralipid (eg, 200 mg/mL). Vitalipid N InfantChildn >2.5 kg & ≤11 yr 10 mL/day added to Intralipid (eg, 200 mg/mL). premature & low wt infant ≤2.5 kg 4 mL/kg body wt/day.
