Indications/Uses
Treatment of cobalamin deficiency.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Adult & childn >12 yr Deficiency states 1-3 tab daily. Pernicious anemia 5 tab wkly until the blood count returns to normal.
Administration
Should be taken on an empty stomach.
Special Precautions
May mask symptoms of subacute spinal cord degeneration. Not suitable for treatment of optic neuropathies.
Drug Interactions
Metformin, K citrate, Ca gluconate, ascorbic acid.
