Allergic conditions.

Dosage/Direction for Use

Adult: PO 25 mg 6-8 hourly. Max: 75 mg 24 hourly.

Contraindications

Emphysema, chronic bronchitis, glaucoma, enlarged prostate gland.

Special Precautions

Childn. Pregnancy and lactation. Patient Counselling This drug may cause drowsiness, if affected, do not drive or operate machinery.

Adverse Reactions

I>Significant: Drowsiness, excitability.

Drug Interactions

May enhance the action of epinephrine.
