Special Precautions
Pregnancy and lactation. Patient Counselling Do not apply on the face, eyes, mucous membranes, intertriginous areas, occluded or broken skin, and into a large surface area. Monitoring Parameters Monitor for hypothalamic-pituitary adrenal (HPA) axis suppression through ACTH stimulation test, plasma cortisol test, or urinary free cortisol test.
Adverse Reactions
Significant HPA axis suppression, manifestations of Cushing's syndrome, hyperglycaemia, and glycosuria. Dermatologic: Itching, burning, irritation, dryness, folliculitis, acneiform eruptions, hypopigmentation, perioral dermatitis, allergic contact dermatitis, maceration, atrophy, striae, miliaria, secondary infections.
