Adverse Reactions
Gastrointestinal disorders: Diarrhoea, dyspepsia, nausea, vomiting, colitis, abdominal pain, constipation. Immune system disorders: Angioedema. Metabolism and nutrition disorders: Isolated oedema. Nervous system disorders: Rarely, headache, dizziness. Skin and subcutaneous tissue disorders: Rarely, rash, pruritus, urticaria.
Drug Interactions
May increase the serum concentrations of substrates of CYP2E1 (e.g. chlorzoxazone), CYP2C9 (e.g. diclofenac Na), or P-glycoprotein (e.g. fexofenadine).
