Patient with heart rate and conduction disorders, hypertension, coronary disorders. Pregnancy and lactation.
Adverse Reactions
Significant: Idiosyncratic reactions (e.g. rash, pruritus bronchoconstriction), paradoxical pressor effects. Cardiac disorders: Bradycardia. Gastrointestinal disorders: Nausea, vomiting. Skin and subcutaneous tissue disorders: Skin discoloration (large doses in children and underweight patients). Vascular disorders: Hypertension.
