Dosage/Direction for Use
Adult: IV Adjust dose based on age, wt, clinical condition and laboratory results.
Special Precautions
Heary block, renal impairment, myasthaenia gravis; eclampsia, pregnancy. Monitor serum-magnesium concentrations.
Adverse Reactions
GI irritation, watery diarrhoea. Hypermagnesaemia (loss of deep tendon reflexes and respiratory depression).
