Dosage/Direction for Use

Oral
Angina pectoris, Hypertension
Adult: 50 mg once daily increased if necessary.
Contraindications
Cardiac conduction disorders.
Special Precautions
Elderly.
Adverse Reactions
Abdominal pain, belching, heartburn, flushing, headache, nausea and vomiting, dizziness, lightheadedness, bradycardia, peripheral oedema, chest pain.
Action
Mibefradil is a calcium channel blocker which acts principally on fast T-type calcium channels.
