Adult: 800 mg bid.
Renal impairment: Reduce dose.

Adult: 2-8 g daily by IV inj or infusion or by IM inj.
Renal impairment: Reduce dose.

Contraindications
Severe renal insufficiency.
Adverse Reactions
Increased psychomotor excitability, sleep disorders.
