Dosage/Direction for Use
Adult: Topical As wound dressings Apply as directed. Ophth Ophthalmic lubricant As oint w/ mineral oil: Apply a quarter inch to the inside of the lower lid if needed.

Contraindications
Hypersensitivity.

Special Precautions
Ophthalmic application: Discontinue if eye pain, vision change, redness or eye irritation occurs or if condition worsens or persists >72 hr. Not to be used with contact lenses.

Adverse Reactions
Sensitisation or allergic reaction. Ophthalmic application: Temporary blurring of vision, irritation.

Drug Interactions
Increases absorption of topical drugs eg, corticosteroids creams.
