Hyoscine butylbromide 10 mg, methampyrone 250 mg
Indications/Uses
Renal & gall bladder colic, GI spasm, dysmenorrhea.
Dosage/Direction for Use
1-2 caplet 3 times daily.
Administration
Should be taken with food: Take immediately after meals.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to methampyrone. Patients w/ glaucoma. Pregnancy.
Special Precautions
Patients w/ a history of blood formation disorders, ulceration & tachycardia.
Adverse Reactions
Skin hypersensitivity, agranulocytosis, drowsiness, dry mouth, tachycardia.
Drug Interactions
TCA, amantadine, phenothiazine; guanethidine, reserpine, antacids; alcohol.
