Terapi sekretolitik pd peny bronkopumonal akut & kronik yg berhubungan dg sekresi mukus abnormal & ggn transportasi mukus.
Tab Dws 1 tab. Anak 6-12 thn ½ tab. Dosis diberikan 2-3 x/hr. Sir 30 mg/5 mL Dws & anak > 12 thn 5mL; anak 6-12 thn 2.5 mL. Dosis diberikan 2-3 x/hr. Sir 15 mg/5 mL Anak 6-12 thn 5 mL 2-3 x/hr; 2-6 thn 2.5 mL 3 x/hr; < 2 thn 2.5 mL 2 x/hr. Tetes 7.5 mg/mL Anak ≤ 1 thn 1 mL 2 x/hr. Kaps Retard Dws 1 kaps retard/hr.
Sebaiknya diberikan bersama makanan : Kaps Retard: Telan utuh, jangan dikunyah/dihancurkan.
Disfungsi hati & ginjal. Kehamilan, laktasi.
Reaksi alergi, efek GI ringan.
Amoksisilin, eritromisin, doksisiklin, sefuroksim.
