Indications/Uses
Emergency treatment of hypovolemic shock. Fluid replacement therapy associated w/ hemorrhage, surgery, trauma, burns, bacteremia, renal failure, CV collapse.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Individualized dosage.
Contraindications
CHF; renal insufficiency; chronic anaemia, allergic reaction to albumin.
Special Precautions
Low cardiac reserve; marked dehydration. IV only.
Adverse Reactions
Circulatory overload; urticaria, chills, fever; changes in resp, pulse, BP.

Drug Interactions
Do not mix w/ protein hydrolysates, amino acid soln, alcohol. Do not dilute w/ sterile water for inj.
