Hypersensitivity to the components of Rhinos Junior. Patients who are sensitive to other sympathomimetic drugs (eg, ephedrine, phenylpropanolamine HCI, phenylephrine). Patients with severe hypertension and who are receiving monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) antidepressant therapy.
