Gentamicin sulfate
Indications/Uses
Primary skin infections: superficial folliculitis, furunculosis, impetigo contagiosa, pyoderma gangrenosum. Secondary skin infections: infectious eczematoid dermatitis, pustular acne, pustular psoriasis, infected seborrhoeic dermatitis, contact dermatitis.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Apply 3-4 times daily. In impertigo contagiosa, the crusts should be removed before application of Sagestam.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity.
Adverse Reactions
Occasionally, irritation.
