Not for angina attacks, nor as an initial treatment for unstable angina or MI, pre-hospital phase or during the first days of hospitalisation. Re-evaluate coronaropathy in the event of angina attack & consider adaptation of the treatment. Can cause or worsen parkinsonian symptoms. W/draw treatment in the occurrence of movement disorders. Patients taking antihypertensive treatment. Patients w/ rare hereditary problems of fructose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption or sucrose-isomaltase insufficiency. May affect ability to drive & use machines. Avoid during pregnancy. Childn <18 yr.
