Contents
Paracetamol 500 mg, dextromethorphan HBr 10 mg, phenylpropanolamine HCl 15 mg, chlorpheniramine maleate 1 mg
Indications/Uses
Analgesic, antipyretic, antitussive & nasal decongestant.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Adult 1 caplet 3 times daily. Childn 6-12 yr ½ caplet 3 times daily.
Administration
May be taken with or without food.
Contraindications
Cardiac disease, DM, severe hepatic dysfunction.
Special Precautions
Hepatic & renal dysfunction, glaucoma, prostatic hypertrophy, hyperthyroidism, urinary retention. Alcoholism; debilitated & hypoxic patients. May affect the ability to drive or operate machinery. Pregnancy & lactation. Childn <6 yr.
Adverse Reactions
Drowsiness, GI effects, psychomotor disorders, tachycardia, arrhythmia, dry mouth, palpitations, urinary retention, hepatic impairment (large doses & in prolonged therapy).
Drug Interactions
Concomitant w/ MAOIs may result in hypertensive crisis.
