Indications/Uses
Genital infections (vaginitis) caused by fungi usually Candida & superinfections caused by clotrimoxazole-sensitive bacteria.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Special Precautions
Fever (≥38°C), lower abdominal pain, back pain, foul-smelling vag discharge, nausea, vag haemorrhage &/or associated shoulder pain. 1st trimester of pregnancy.
Adverse Reactions
Allergic reactions (syncope, hypotension, dyspnea, urticaria); genital peeling, pruritus, rash, edema, erythema, discomfort, burning, irritation, pelvic pain, vag haemorrhage; abdominal pain.
