Indications/Uses
Moderate to severe atopic dermatitis in adult patients inadequately controlled w/ topical prescription therapies or when those therapies are not advisable, can be used w/ or w/o topical corticosteroids.
Dosage/Direction for Use
SC Initially 600 mg, followed by 300 mg every other wk.
Contraindications
Special Precautions
Discontinue use if hypersensitivity reaction occurs. Not to be inj into tender, damage, bruised or scarred skin. Conjunctivitis, keratitis; comorbid asthma; parasitic helminth infections. Immunogenicity. Pregnancy & lactation. Ped <18 yr.
Adverse Reactions
Inj site reactions, conjunctivitis, blepharitis, oral herpes, keratitis, eye pruritus, other herpes simplex virus infection, dry eye.
Drug Interactions
Modulated formation of CYP450 enzymes. Live & non-live vaccines.
