Poly-antibiotic resistant Bacillus clausii spores (strains SIN, O/C, T, N/R)
Indications/Uses
Treatment & prophylaxis of intestinal dysmicrobism & subsequent endogenous dysvitaminosis. Therapy for aiding recovery of intestinal microbial flora altered during course of treatment w/ antibiotics or chemotherapeutic agents. Acute & chronic GI disorders in breastfed infants, attributable to intoxication or intestinal dysmicrobism & dysvitaminosis.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Adult 2-3 minibottles daily at 3-4 hrly intervals. Childn & breastfed infant 1-2 minibottles daily at 3-4 hrly intervals.
Administration
May be taken with or without food: Take contents as it is or dilute in water/other drinks (eg, milk, tea, orange juice).
Special Precautions
Not to be inj. Severe anaphylactic reaction eg, anaphylactic shock. Avoid use in immunocompromised or severely ill patients. Administer w/ interval during antibiotic therapy. Pregnancy & lactation. Avoid use in preterm infants.
