Adult ≥20 yr Instill 1 drop in affected eye(s) once daily.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity. Aphakic eyes or intraocular lens inserted eyes. Concomitant use w/ tafluprost.

Special Precautions

Active ocular inflammation, iritis/uveitis; angle-closure glaucoma; macular edema including cystoid macular edema & iritis. Avoid contact w/ container tip. Remove contact lens before use & reinsert after 15 min. Allow 5-min interval if >1 topical ophth drug is used. May affect ability to drive & use machines. Pregnancy & lactation. Childn & adolescents.

Adverse Reactions

Conjunctival hyperemia. Corneal thickening, macular edema including cystoid macular edema, iritis, eye pain, photophobia, ocular discomfort (eg, irritation), corneal epithelial disorders.

Drug Interactions

Moderate to severe photophobia & increased risk of ocular inflammation w/ tafluprost. Other glaucoma/ocular HTN medication.
