FontActiv diaBest is a formula dietary food developed to help individuals achieve optimum health. It is enriched with a fibre blend (FOS: prebiotic fibre and dextrin) which helps maintain normal blood glucose level. It is formulated with isomaltulose, an active carbohydrate that provides a slow energy release. FontActiv diaBest is also rich in whey protein, which helps maintain muscle mass and contains omega-3 (LA) and 28 vitamins and minerals. Can be used as sole source of nutrition, or as a supplement.

Directions for Use: To prepare one serving, fill a large glass with 200 mL of water and add 4 level spoonfuls of FontActiv diaBest powder (52 g). Stir vigorously until the powder is completely dissolved. 1 to 2 servings to be taken per day, subject to patient's needs.

Not to be used for parenteral administration.
Not suitable for patients with galactosaemia.
Not suitable for children under 3 years old.
Contains Vitamin K, individuals consuming warfarin should seek medical advice before consuming this product.
Use under medical supervision.

Store in a cool and dry place.
Once opened, use contents within 4 weeks.
Reconstituted product, under hygienic conditions, should be covered and consumed within 4 hours at room temperature or within 24 hours if refrigerated.
Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
