Indications/Uses
Once-daily maintenance bronchodilator treatment to relieve symptoms in adult patients w/ COPD.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Special Precautions
Discontinue use if hypersensitivity & paradoxical bronchospasm occurs. Not to be used in acute episodes of bronchospasm ie, rescue therapy. Narrow-angle glaucoma or urinary retention; unstable ischaemic heart disease, left ventricular failure, history of MI & long QT syndrome, arrhythmia (excluding stable atrial fibrillation). Galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency or glucose-galactose malabsorption. Severe renal impairment or end-stage renal disease. Pregnancy & lactation. Childn <18 yr.
Adverse Reactions
Nasopharyngitis; insomnia; headache; dry mouth, gastroenteritis; UTI.
Drug Interactions
Co-administration w/ other anticholinergic-containing drugs.
