Indications/Uses
Resp; GUT, ophth, skin & soft tissue, biliary tract, GI & ENT infections. Cholecystitis & cholangitis. Bacillary dysentery & enteritis.

Dosage/Direction for Use
300-600 mg daily in 2-3 divided doses.

Administration
May be taken with or without food: Take 2 hr before or after antacids or supplements containing Fe or Zn. Ensure adequate hydration.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity. Pregnancy & lactation. Childn.

Patients w/ severe nephropathy, convulsions. Elderly.

Adverse Reactions
Shock, anaphylactoid symptom, Lyell's syndrome, rhabdomyolysis, tendon disorders, agranulocytosis, interstitial pneumonia, pseudomembranous colitis, anemia, GI distress, headache, dizziness, sleep disturbances, hepatic & hematologic disorders.
