Dosage/Direction for Use

Adult & childn ≥2 yr Massage on throat, chest & back. 25, 50 & 100 g: Steam Partly fill bowl w/ steaming water, then add 2 tsp & inhale vapours for 10-15 min.

Special Precautions

Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Not to be used by mouth, w/ tight bandages or heating pads, in nostrils, wounds or damaged skin. Avoid contact w/ eyes. Risk of convulsion & immediate collapse. Not to be heated, microwave, or added to boiling or heating water. Closely monitor childn to avoid scalding. Pregnancy & lactation. Not to be used in childn <2 yr.
