Contents
Rabeprazole Na 20 mg, domperidone 30 mg
Indications/Uses
Symptomatic relief of dyspepsia, GERD, nausea associated w/ acid peptic disorders, post-op nausea & vomiting & chronic gastritis.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Administration
Should be taken on an empty stomach: May be taken 15-30 min before meals to reduce GI discomfort.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity. Presence of GI haemorrhage, obstruction or perforation wherein stimulation of gastric motility is to be avoided or harmful. Prolactin-releasing pituitary tumour (prolactinoma).
Special Precautions
Renal & hepatic impairment. Pregnancy & lactation. Childn. 
Adverse Reactions
Rabeprazole: Malaise, diarrhea, nausea, skin eruptions, headache & dizziness. Increased hepatic enzymes, LDH, BUN. Domperidone: Increased serum prolactin associated with galactorrhea; gynecomastia, breast enlargement & soreness; reduced libido; occasional rashes & other allergenic phenomena; acute extrapyramidal dystonic reactions.
Drug Interactions
Concomitant use w/ ketoconazole, dopamine agonists, antimuscarinics & opioid analgesics may result to altered absorption of these drugs.
