α-calcidol 0.25 mcg, Ca carbonate 0.593 g (equiv to Ca 237.43 mg), Ca citrate 59.6 mg (equiv to Ca 14.38 mg), Ca phosphate 40 mg (equiv to Ca 15.5 mg), Mg hydroxide 50 mg (equiv to Mg 20.84 mg)
Indications/Uses
Conditions wherein metabolism of Ca is disturbed due to impaired 1-α-hydroxylation eg, renal failure, other disorders associated w/ vit D resistance, & in Ca malabsorption of osteoporosis. Post-menopausal & senile osteoporosis. Ca-deficiency states eg, rickettes & osteomalacia.

Contraindications
Special Precautions
Avoid use in patients w/ hypercalcemia or conditions wherein usage favors kidney stone development. Renal failure & uremia.
Adverse Reactions
Very high intake of Ca can lead to hypercalcemia.
