Contents
Per tab Thiamine mononitrate 100 mg, pyridoxine HCl 200 mg, cyanocobalamin 200 mcg. Per 3 mL amp Thiamine HCl 100 mg, pyridoxine HCl 100 mg, cyanocobalamin 5 mg
Indications/Uses
Neuritis, neuralgias, shoulder-arm syndrome, facial paresis, pregnancy neuritis, drug-induced & alcoholic neuropathy, diabetic neuropathy, sciatica, lumbago-lumbalgia, intercostals & trigeminal neuralgia, optic neuritis, numbness of extremities, hyperemesis gravidarum & vit B deficiencies.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Oral 1-2 tab tid. IM Initially 1 amp intragluteal daily, then 2-3 amp wkly.
Administration
Should be taken with food. Tab: Swallow whole, do not chew.

Adverse Reactions
Oral: Neuropathy syndrome w/ long-term use in high doses.
Drug Interactions
May enhance the effect of neuromuscular blockers. Reduced the effect of levodopa. Reduced the activity of altretamine. Decreased serum conc of phenobarb & phenytoin. Hydralazine, INH, penicillamine & OCs. May increase the requirement for pyridoxine. Parenteral chloramphenicol may attenuate vit B12 in anemia. Oral: Absorption may be reduced w/ neomycin, aminosalicylic acid, histamine H2-antagonists & colchicine. Serum conc may be decreased by OCs.
