Advanced prostate cancer in combination w/ LHRH analog therapy or surgical castration. Prevention of disease flare associated w/ the use of LHRH agonists.
Risk of hepatitis, gynecomastia & breast pain; reduced glucose tolerance or loss of glycemic control in patients w/ preexisting diabetes. Perform periodic monitoring of serum prostate specific antigen. Patients w/ moderate to severe hepatic impairment.
