Dietary management of infant w/ diarrhea. Infant formula for special medical purposes for 0-12 mth.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Reconstitution: Infant ≥10 mth 7 level scoops to 210 mL previously boiled water, 2-3 feeds in 24 hr; 7-9 mth 7 level scoops to 210 mL previously boiled water, 3-4 feeds in 24 hr; 5-6 mth 7 level scoops to 210 mL previously boiled water, 5 feeds in 24 hr; 3-4 mth 6 level scoops to 180 mL previously boiled water, 5 feeds in 24 hr; 2nd mth 5 level scoops to 150 mL previously boiled water, 5 feeds in 24 hr; 3rd-4th wk 4 level scoops to 120 mL previously boiled water), 5 feeds in 24 hr; 1st-2nd wk 3 level scoops to 90 mL previously boiled water), 6 feeds in 24 hr.
Contraindications
Not intended for parenteral use. Galactosemia or glucose-galactose malabsorption.
