Cardiovascular: Ectopic heartbeats, increased heart rate, chest pain, angina, palpitations, elevation in blood pressure; in higher doses, ventricular tachycardia or arrhythmias may be seen. Patients with atrial fibrillation or flutter are at risk of developing rapid ventricular response.
Central Nervous System: Tingling sensation, headache.
Gastrointestinal: Nausea and vomiting.
Neuromuscular and Skeletal: Mild leg cramps, paresthesia.
