Paracetamol 325 mg, tramadol HCl 37.5 mg
Indications/Uses
Dosage/Direction for Use
Adult & childn over 16 yr 1-2 tab every 4-6 hr. Max: 8 tab/day.
Administration
May be taken with or without food.
Special Precautions
Kidney & liver impairment. Paracetamol: Alcohol dependence. Tramadol HCl: History of epilepsy or those susceptible to seizures. Avoid in severe renal impairment.
Adverse Reactions
Paracetamol: Haematological reactions including thrombocytopenia, leucopenia, pancytopenia, neutropenia & agranulocytosis; skin rash & other hypersensitivity reactions. Tramadol HCl: Nausea, vomiting, constipation, drowsiness & confusion; difficult micturition, ureteric or biliary spasm; antidiuretic effect; dry mouth, dizziness, sweating, facial flushing, headache, vertigo, bradycardia, tachycardia, palpitations, orthostatic hypotension, hypothermia, restlessness, mood changes, decreased libido or potency, hallucinations & miosis; raised intracranial pressure; muscle rigidity.
