Enfagrow A+ Three Milk Supplement Powder provides 440 kcal/100 g and the following nutrients: See table.

Ingredients: Buttermilk powder (as source of milk fat globule membrane (MFGM)), powdered creamer (canola oil, glucose solids, sunflower oil, lactose, coconut oil, soybean oil, milk protein concentrate, mono- and diglycerides, potassium citrate, milk protein isolate, sodium ascorbate, potassium phosphate, ascorbyl palmitate, mixed tocopherol concentrate, and soy lecithin), corn syrup solids, nonfat milk powder, whole milk powder, sucrose, galacto-oligosaccharides, polydextrose, minerals (calcium carbonate, calcium phosphate, magnesium phosphate, ferrous sulfate, zinc sulfate, manganese sulfate, copper sulfate, and potassium iodide), marine oil (fish) as source of Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA), artificial flavoring (vanilla), vitamins (choline bitartrate, sodium ascorbate, alpha-tocopheryl acetate, niacinamide, retinyl palmitate, cholecalciferol, calcium pantothenate, phytonadione, cyanocobalamin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamin hydrochloride, folic acid, and biotin), lactose, baker's yeast beta-glucan, taurine, and antioxidant (ascorbic acid).
Milk supplement for children 1-3 years old.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Milk Preparation: Add 4 level scoops (approximately 40 g) or 3 heaping tablespoons of Enfagrow A+ Three to 196 mL warm water (40°C) that is safe and has been previously boiled for 30 minutes to make 224 mL beverage. Shake or stir well.
Use scoop provided to measure powder. Store dry scoop in a container.
Do not consume if there is any missing packaging or defect, including aluminum foil, tin foil or tin lid, or if pouch is not sealed.
If reconstituted beverage is not consumed immediately, keep in a refrigerator and use within 24 hours after mixing.
After feeding begins, use formula within 1 hour or discard.
Caution For Usage
Instructions for Preparation and Use: The child's health depends on carefully following the instructions as follows. Proper hygiene, preparation, dilution, use and storage are important when preparing formula.
Ensure all feeding utensils are washed thoroughly before preparation.
1. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water before preparing formula.
2. Boil clean feeding utensils in boiling water for 5 minutes.
3. Boil fresh water for 30 minutes. Cool to room temperature prior to mixing.
4. Pour 196 mL warm water (40°C) that has been previously boiled.
5. Add 4 level scoops (approximately 40 g), or 3 heaping tablespoons of powder.
6. Shake or stir well.
Store at room temperature.
For Can: After opening, keep tightly covered, store in a cool, dry place to assure freshness.
For Bag in Box/Pouch: After opening, fold and clip tightly the cut section. Keep opened pouch in a clean, dry and tightly covered container to assure freshness.
Use contents within 1 month after opening. Do not freeze powder and avoid storage at excessive heat.
