IVPUD 20 mg bid for 7 days or 40 mg once daily for 10 days. NSAID-associated ulceration 20 mg daily. Prophylaxis in patient at risk of such lesions who require continued NSAID treatment 20 mg daily. GERD 40 mg once daily for 4 wk, may be extended for another 4 wk if necessary. Maintenance or for symptomatic disease w/o erosive esophagitis 20 mg daily.
