Dosage/Direction for Use
Usual dose: 50 mg once daily, may be increased to 100 mg daily as a single dose or in 2 divided doses. Elderly (>75 yr) & patient w/ moderate to severe renal impairment (CrCl <20 mL/min) or intravascular fluid depletion 25 mg daily.

Administration
May be taken with or without food.
Special Precautions
Patients w/ renal artery stenosis, renal & hepatic impairment or vol depleted. Lactation.

Adverse Reactions
Dizziness, dose-related orthostatic hypotension, hyperkalemia, resp tract disorder, back pain, GI disturbances, fatigue & neutropenia.
