Contents
Naftazone.
Description
Each tablet contains 30 mg Naftazone.
Indications/Uses
All forms of venous insufficiency: Pre-varicose states, painful varices, varicose phlebitis, hemorrhoids.
Secondary venous insufficiency: Diabetic neuropathy.
Dosage/Direction for Use
1 tablet once a day, for one month or longer.
The administration and safety of Mediaven forte in children has not yet been studied.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity against the active ingredient or one of the excipients in the formulation.
Special Precautions
Mediaven Forte should be used with caution in case of severely impaired liver function. Because the effects of renal insufficiency on the pharmacokinetic parametes are not known, caution should also be exercised in patients with impaired kidney function.
During pregnancy, Mediaven Forte should be used with caution. Mediaven should not be administered during the first trimester.
Mediaven Forte can influence the ability to drive a car or to use machines (see Adverse Reactions).

Adverse Reactions
Some rare cases of mild gastrointestinal disorders (epigastralgia) headache, vertigo and cutaneous reactions have been reported.

Storage
Store at temperature not exceeding 25°C.
