Indications/Uses
Reduction of symptoms of vertigo, tinnitus & hearing loss associated w/ Meniere's disease.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Adult (including elderly) Initially 16 mg tid. Maintenance: 24-48 mg daily.
Administration
Should be taken with food.
Contraindications
Special Precautions
Patients w/ history of peptic ulcer; asthma. Pregnancy & lactation. Not recommended in childn <18 yr. Vertikind-24: Aspartame content & patients w/ phenylketonuria.
Adverse Reactions
Skin rashes of various types, urticarial & itching. Gastric upset, nausea & headache.
