Choline salicylate, benzalkonium chloride.
Each 10 ml contains Choline Salicylate B.P. 9.0% w/v (0.9 g/10 ml), Benzalkonium Chloride Solution B.P. 0.02% w/v (0.002 g/10 ml).
Excipients/Inactive Ingredients: Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose U.S.P., Edetic acid B.P., Sodium Hydroxide B.P., Methylparaben B.P., Propyl paraben B.P., Saccharin Sodium B.P., Dementholised Mint oil B.P., Propylene glycol B.P., Glycerin B.P.
Choline salicylate is an analgesic for topical application. It soothes away pain within 3-4 minutes and effect lasts for up to 3 to 4 hours.
Benzalkonium chloride has been widely used as a broad spectrum antimicrobial agent for disinfection, antisepsis and preservation of pharmaceutical products. Benzalkonium chloride exerts its antimicrobial effect through nonspecific interaction at the bacterial cytoplasmic membrane. Such action increases membrane permeability towards cytoplasmic materials such as amino acids and nucleotides resulting eventually in the lysis of the cell.
For Glossitis, Stomatitis, Mouth Ulcers and other inflammatory lesions of the mouth, denture irritations.
Put a drop or two of the gel on the tip of the index finger and rub gently onto the affected areas. It may be repeated every three to four hours as required or as advised by the physician.
Not to be used in children 12 years & younger.
Hypersensitivity to Benzalkonium chloride.
The preparation should not be used after expiry date mentioned on the tube.

Store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
Shelf-Life: 36 months.
