2.5 mL of solution contain 0.963 g of sorbitol.
Indications/Uses
Relief of cough by dissolving mucus & relaxing airway muscles.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Adults ≥13 year 5-7.5 mL 3 times daily. Children 6-12 year 5 mL 3 times daily. 1-5 year 2.5 mL 3 times daily.
Treatment should last for at least one week. To ensure successful therapy.
Abrilar Cough Syrup should be continued for another 2-3 days after symptoms have subsided.
Use In Pregnancy & Lactation
Seek the doctor's advice if patient is pregnant or breastfeeding.
Side Effects
In rare cases, Abrilar Cough Syrup may have a laxative effect in some people due to its sorbitol content.
Drug Interactions
