Indications/Uses
Meniere's syndrome as defined by vertigo (w/ nausea/vomiting), hearing loss (hardness of hearing) & tinnitus (ringing in the ears). Symptomatic treatment of vestibular vertigo.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Administration
Should be taken with food.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity. Phaeochromocytoma.
Special Precautions
Bronchial asthma & history of peptic ulcer. Pregnancy & lactation. Childn <18 yr.
Adverse Reactions
Drug Interactions
Inhibit metabolism w/ MAOIs (including MAO subtype B eg selegiline). Antihistamines.
