Indications/Uses
Blepharitis, hordeolum, dacryocystitis, conjunctivitis, tarsadenitis, keratitis, corneal ulcer & post-op infections.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to levofloxacin, ofloxacin or any other quinolone.
Special Precautions
Monitor for shock & anaphylactoid reactions. Not proven effective for MRSA. Pregnancy.
Adverse Reactions
Irritation, corneal disorder eg, keratitis superficial diffuse. Conjunctivitis, eye pain; urticaria, blepharitis, eyelid dermatitis, itching.
