Description
Composition: Aqua, Phosphatidylcholine, Alcohol, Glycerin, Carbomer, Polysorbate 80, Disodium Phosphate, Sodium Hydroxide, Benzyl Alcohol, Methylparaben, Ethylparaben, Linalool, Disodium EDTA, Sodium Phosphate, Sodium Metabisulfite, BHT.
Indications/Uses
Flexiseq lubricates the cartilage in joints to relieve pain and stiffness and improve impaired joint function associated with all stages of osteoarthritis.
Dosage/Direction for Use
How to get the best from Flexiseq Osteoarthritis: Application: Spread a thin layer around the joint and do not rub it in. Allow to dry.
Frequency: The patient should look to apply Flexiseq twice a day, in the morning and the evening.
Medication: Flexiseq is drug-free, so the patient can use it alongside any existing medicines.
Drying Time: Once applied, the correct amount should take roughly 10 minutes to air dry.
Effect Time: Flexiseq can take anywhere between 2-14 days to start taking effect.
Applying Fleiseq Osteoarthritis to joints: Hands: Apply a line as long as half the index finger to each knuckle and spread evenly around joint. Avoid washing for 10-15 minutes.
Knee: Apply a line of gel as long as the index finger. Do not apply to kneecap, apply to the back and sides of the knee joint.
Hips: Locate the edge of the hip bone and apply a line of gel as long as the index finger below where the patient no longer feel bone but soft tissue.
Shoulders: Apply a line of gel as long as the index finger to the area corresponding to pain. Do not apply to the bone or shoulder blade.
Contraindications
Do not use Flexiseq Osteoarthritis if the patient is allergic (hypersensitive) to any of the ingredients in Flexiseq Osteoarthritis.
Do not use Flexiseq Osteoarthritis on open wounds, broken or infected skin or mucous membranes (the lining of the openings of the body, such as the mouth, nose or eyes).
Special Precautions
Keep out of the reach of children.
In case of minor skin irritations such as dryness and redness at the site of application, reduce the frequency of application to once daily. If this does not improve the condition, the patient may discontinue application until the problem resolves, usually within a few days. The patient may then restart application. If the problem persists then discontinue use.
Flexiseq Osteoarthritis has not been tested on pregnant women or children.
In the event of serious side effects, or if the patient notices any side effects not listed in this monograph, please tell a doctor or pharmacist.
There are no known intercactions with medicines.

Storage
Store at room temperature (not the fridge) use within 3 months.
