Indications/Uses
GI hyperacidity, peptic ulcer, flatulence, relief of abdominal distension.
Dosage/Direction for Use
15 mL.
Administration
Should be taken on an empty stomach: Take 1 hr before or after meals & at bedtime.
Special Precautions
Impaired renal function, low phosphate diet.
Adverse Reactions
Constipation, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting; GI obstruction (large dose).
Drug Interactions
May alter absorption of tetracyclines, Fe, H2-receptor antagonists, INH, quinidine.
