Per mL Chlorpheniramine maleate 1 mg, phenylephrine HCl 2 mg

Indications/Uses

Relief of nasal congestion associated w/ common cold & allergic rhinitis.

Dosage/Direction for Use

Childn 1-2 yr 1-2 mL 4-6 hrly. Infant <1 yr As directed by physician.

Administration

May be taken with or without food.

Contraindications

Hyperthyroidism, HTN, coronary disease; MAOI therapy.

Special Precautions

Cardiac disease; diabetes; glaucoma; pregnancy; may impair ability to drive or operate machinery.

Adverse Reactions

Drowsiness, dizziness; dry mouth; epileptiform seizures (large doses).

Drug Interactions

May potentiate other CNS depressants. Actions prolonged by MAOI.
